想問問路跑訓練方式和量目前小弟我最近開始跑步2個禮拜前開始從3K>4.5K>現在6K想請問要怎麼樣的訓練才能更快速的成長每天跑還是...我目前18歲6K我跑40分左右這樣算正常嗎還是爛..[以正常人來說不要跟有練過的XD想再年底參加12K的路跑明年挑戰半馬小弟因為最近看到路跑團體好強好友毅力所以想拼拼看那呼吸調節是找自己最適合的嘛還是有一定的標準目前還在努力控制跑到後面會亂掉
