最近迷上快走或慢跑運動但是每次只要運動隔天小腿就會特別容易酸痛但是我運動完的當天都會抬腿15-20分鐘就算沒運動也都會抬聽說這跟走路姿勢有關我從小就內八就算我的腳掌走直線我同學說我的膝蓋還是都向內我的鞋子常常都事先磨到中間偏內側破皮還有一點很奇怪我正常平躺時腳丫是向內的/\我同學都是自然輕鬆向外我則是要用力牠才會向外而且平常要我把腳丫向外撐開也很難我該如何矯正我走路的姿勢呢?...Showmore
